DescriptionDescription: The Ericofon was the world’s first mass produced one-piece telephone. Ralph Lysell’s first drawings are from 1940, but it was only launched in 1956. The plastic casing concealed tiny components. It was claimed to be easy to hold, feather-light, and suitable for offices, by sickbeds and in the home – and it came in six different colours. SAS was one of many companies that bought the snake-like phone, known in Sweden as Cobra.
