DescriptionDescription: Mona Morales-Schildt was inspired by contemporary European glass design, particularly from Venice. The Ventana series uses solid, heavy forms of cased glass. Optical effects were achieved by precise cutting of the layers of transparent and coloured glass. Ventana means ‘window’ in Spanish.
