DescriptionDescription: The snake-like shape of the Ericofon earned it the nickname Cobra. It was the world’s first mass-produced one-piece telephone. Developing it from idea product, took many years. Ralph Lysell made the first sketches in 1940–1941. The components had to be adapted to the design. It was intended to be easy to hold and, as the adverts promised, as light as a feather. The Cobra went into production in 1956, was available in six colours. It was manufactured until 1982.
