DescriptionDescription: If you study Fredrik Magnus Piper’s garden plans, you can easily identify the different species of trees, which are given an individual character in contrast to the uniformity of the previous epochs. Painshill was one of the English parks that he was most fascinated by. Here, Piper has drawn exotic trees such as cypresses and cedars, which were never an option in Sweden, but he replicated their shapes and colours using domestic species.
