DescriptionDescription: Numbered at lower right in pen and brown ink: 225 (Sparre) Preparatory study for a lunette in the portico esterno of the church of S. Francesco in Bologna. Philip Pouncey identified the drawing as a work by Tiarini. There is another, somewhat similar version of the subject in the Hessisches Landesmuseum, Darmstadt. [Bjurström, It.
