DescriptionDescription: In the 1960s, Carl Johan De Geer set up the textile printing firm Fontessa. During his time there, his patterns grew, forming large repeats, with intense colours and clear images. In the early 1970s he created designs for KF Interiör, including Palm. The motif was simple, a South Seas island with moonlit palms, but the colours and composition exuded modernity. For most of the 1970s, De Geer made films, including the TV series Tårtan (The Cake).
