DescriptionDescription: Åke Axelsson’s solid knowledge of chairs has expanded ever since he started working in a handicraft manner. To learn more about sitting, he began to copy, construct and deconstruct chair models from ancient Egypt and Greece. Many of his chairs have been mass produced and can be found in public environments, but Ararat was crafted by hand at the Axelsson workshop in Vaxholm.
