DescriptionDescription: The Lagercrantz family sits together with the mother, Anna Margareta, in the centre, the father Carl Jakob to the right and a dog under the table. Even deceased family members are seen: two angel children and an elderly couple, kindly looking down at their descendants. Gustaf Wilhelm Finnberg was probably inspired by the 16th century artist Ehrenstrahl to perform a family portrait with two levels: the living in reality and the dead in heaven.
