DescriptionDescription: When Crown Princess Lovisa Ulrika purchased Carl Gustaf Tessin’s collection of coins and medals in 1746, Carl Hårleman designed two dispaly cabinets that were made by Sven Bromander. This cabinet is an example of high class Rococo modelled on French originals with exquisite proportions and details. Later Lovisa Ulrika commissioned six more cabinets, made by Lorentz Nordin. They were placed in the Queen’s Coin Cabinet at Drottningholm Palace.
