DescriptionDescription: John Kandell was a member of HI Group, an association of craftsmen and interior designers, established in 1957. In the 1980s, John Kandell created a series of unique cabinets that were more sculptures than storage furniture. The material was often painted driftwood. In 1985, he began collaborating with Källemo, who started to produce his furniture, some of which was designed in the 1960s.
