DescriptionDescription: Black chalk, 205 x 318 mm. The sheet has been trimmed, but there are remains of black framing lines. Watermark: Fleur-de-lis. Chain lines: 25 mm. Inscribed in the lower left corner, in pen and black ink, Jan van Goïen (struck out). Mark of the Royal Collection (Lugt 1638). The two vessels placed side by side are clearly out of proportion. Most likely they have been copied from one or several paintings or drawings. [Magnusson, Dutch Drawings no. 443]
