DescriptionDescription: The Biblical story of the Wedding at Cana describes the first miracle of Jesus. The Virgin Mary, who is one of the guests, discovers that the wine has run out and turns to Jesus. He instructs the servants to fill the vessels with water. When the liquid is poured, it has turned into wine. Jesus performs the miracle with a gesture of blessing. The groom kneels in the foreground. Unlike the fashionable guests, Jesus and Mary wear timeless clothing.
