DescriptionDescription: Laid down. numbered in pen and brown ink at lower right: 109 (Sparre). Inscribed in pen and brown ink at lower right: André del Sarto (in C.G. Tessin´s handwriting). Marco Chiarini has observed that this is a copy after Gabriel in the lunette for destroyed Sarzana altarpiece, dated 1528. The lunette survives in the Galleria Palatina, Palazzo Pitti, Florence (inv.246). [Bjurström, It. Drawings, cat. no. 1175]
