DescriptionDescription: The killing of the Niobids: Apollo and Diana. Laid down. Numbered at lower right in pen and brown ink: 308 (Sparre) and 5. Nos 517-523 are copies of grisailles by Polidoro da Caravaggio on the facade of Palazzo Cesi (Lancelotti) in Rome. Another copy by Motta after Polidoro is in Amsterdam, Rijksmuseum. [Bjurström, It.
