DescriptionDescription: No watermark. Inscribed at lower left in pen and brown ink: Del Zellotti. Numbered at lower right: 1260. (Sparre). This drawing was mentioned and characterized with great respect by Mariette in the Crozat catalogue. Sirén regarded it as a 18th century copy after a painting by Zelotti that can be traced back in turn to Veronese. The composition does largerly rest on Veronese´s painting in the Louvre.
