Venezia 1971, no. 18 Attributed traditionally to Andrea del Sarto, this drawing was identified by Sirén as coming from Venice. Janos Scholz was the first to name Battista Angolo del Moro and was supported by Mullaly at the 1971 exhibition, the latter seeing this sheet as a typical example of this artist's way of using watercoulour tones. Ballarin questions the attribution. [Bjurström, It Drawings, cat. nr. 2]
