DescriptionDescription: Several garden drawings at Nationalmuseum can be linked to the Swedish-German architect Rudolph Matthias Dallin, born in Swedish Pomerania. From 1716, he worked for the Duke of Holstein-Gottorp. For example, Dallin was commissioned a decade later to rebuild the castle in Kiel. A few small, inconspicuous proposals for topiaried hedges for the garden here were probably drawn by him.
