DescriptionDescription: The artist’s own thoughts, for the exhibition Expressions in Glass 2019 Light is what I see as my principal medium. Light brings visual concepts to life. Light’s qualities can be demonstrated through its refraction and reflections. Light makes movement visible. The sculpture owned by Nationalmuseum consists of a prism with its third side rounded into a cylindrical lens, a prism lens that is fixed in a four-sided rod and rests on one of its edges. The lens and the edge’s position produce a movement that reproduces my thoughts about light.
