    Jean-Baptiste Oudry was one Carl Gustaf Tessin’s close artist friends. Shortly before Tessin left Paris and his post as Swedish ambassador, Oudry painted this portrait of his spaniel Zephyr, in the form of a hunting scene with partridges.
