The jar with was designed by the
modernism-focused visual artist
Gösta Adrian-Nilsson, GAN.
In a letter to the pewter company’s
director Astrid M. Aagesen he
expressed how pleased he was with
his new apartment in Stockholm:
“I’m living in functionalist style …
my window is two metres wide and
brings the entire fairytale cityscape
indoors... It’s fitting that I live in
an environment that I have helped
to prepare.”
