NM: central part of painting inserted into:
new panel; retouches on rocks, figures
and part of the background; crack through
lower left part of panel mended with new
wood and retouched; artificial craquelure
on halos; NM 1959: nail holes in halos,
background and borders filled in and re -
touched, dark varnish removed, retouch es
(B. Titov). Gilding on background and
borders abraded.
