The saint is shown seated on an
epis copal throne with Christ and the
Mother of God half-length top left and
top right respectively. The saint’s right
hand has been repainted to change the
gesture of benediction from two fin -
gers to one only.This may possibly have
been done under Coptic or Ethiopian
influence.
